As an executive coach, communication consultant and creativity advocate, Jayne Dundes is dedicated to fostering an environment for leadership excellence, mindful self-awareness and conversational mastery. 

Initially designed to serve executives, talent and professionals in the entertainment industry, 7 Rivers champions executives and professionals who seek and require an ability to excel individually while staying true to a vision and working collaboratively. 
From the studio to the boardroom, clients are supported to tap into a place of resilience and productivity so as to breathe inspiration back into their projects, messages and people.  Clients learn to elevate metrics and productivity through engaging communication and mindful emotional and cultural intelligence. Agility, curiosity and creative thinking are respected as core competencies for leadership.

Clients have included professionals from Paramount Pictures, Sony Pictures, Sony Pictures Television, ABC, Hughes Space-Communications Group, University of Southern California, USC Keck and Norris Hospitals, Maui for Tomorrow Environmental Group, Coldwell Banker, et al.

Jayne draws upon a professional background in arts and entertainment having worked in development and production as a producer, writer and creative consultant.  She has had the privilege of working for Pioneer Entertainment Corporation/Pioneer LDC Tokyo, Orion Television, Pacific Ocean Post, Motown Productions, ITC, Platypus/Think Entertainment, Kushner-Locke, Lori-mar  PAX  Television, PAX Website, POP Sound, POP Editorial, Visualize Productions and others.  

Jayne has served on the advisory board and screening committee for Dance Camera West, is a member of IFP, the International Documentary Association. the International Coach Federation and an affiliate member of the Institute of Coaching Mclean Hospital, Harvard Medical School Affiliate.                                                                                        

Jayne is an MCC master coach, certified by the International Coach Federation. Along with formal coaching training, she works in a fluid, direct, on the court, intuitive style informed by professional experience and lifelong mindfulness practice. Encouraging leaders to embrace environmental sustainability on the individual and corporate levels, she continues to support endeavors  that inspire social action in business, environmental sustainability, conflict management and compassionate communication.
